To dial the relationship between the Kinect and the models, we parameterized every last detail and hand tweaked everything to get the right feel. This project might hold the record for the most parameters ever. The params GUI rendered in a separate window / context. Here is a "screenshot" of the entire GUI expanded.

The raw Kinect skeleton data is a complete mess. We created parameters to remap and clamp motion ranges. We used Sampling to create filters to smooth out the skeleton and face data, as well as write a gesture / pose recognition system.
