It looks like the mk802 would be able to run Windows Embedded CE 6.

The PQLabs iStick is built on ARMv8, so Windows won't run on it quite yet (ARMv8 support coming soon).

Very cool. I have a feeling, though, that the PQ Labs one will run Windows (maybe XP or 7 for Notebooks). They don't support Linux or Android, and OSX only goes on official Apple hardware, so that just leaves Windows. It would be nice to have something like this on which you could just drop your Windows app without porting. You could maybe even run VC Express.
