I've taken a stab at making convenience audio::Node types for
its various Instruments and Effects, although you can just as well use
the STK's code in raw form with your own custom audio::Node types.
Among many other things, this gives us tools like reverb, various
synthesizers such as plucked string, clarinet, Rhodes, etc (see class
